Cancellation Policy

Really Wild Yoga understands that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes change. As a small, independent yoga studio, your support is essential, and your commitment to attending booked classes helps sustain the space, the teaching, and the wider community.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING POLICY
Please note the policy that applies to your booking type:

Standard Drop-In Classes and 1:1 Sessions: Minimum 24 hours' notice is required to change a class. Each session can be rescheduled a maximum of 1 time

Discounted 5-Class Packs: Minimum 48 hours' notice is required to change a class. There is a limit of 1 total reschedule across the 5-class block.

Discounted 10-Class Packs: Minimum 48 hours' notice is required to change a class. There is a limit of 2 total reschedules across the 10-class block.

Late modifications or exceeding these reschedule limits will result in the forfeiture of the class credit/fee. Thank you for supporting these policies!

EVENTS AND SOUND BATHS
Bookings for special events and sound baths cannot be transferred to other events or dates.

Cancellations made more than 20 days before the event may be refunded or credited. Cancellations made within 20 days of the event are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend within 20 days of the event, your may gift your booking to another person. Please notify Really Wild Yoga in advance with the replacement attendee’s full name and email address. Gifted places must be suitable for the event and meet any stated health or experience requirements.

Open communication is valued, and you are encouraged to get in touch with any questions about the cancellation policy before booking.
