Introduction to Ashtanga Course
Four private sessions plus two weeks of group classes
The Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga course is designed to give you a confident and supportive start to your practice. Over four one-to-one sessions, you’ll learn the foundations of Ashtanga, including breathing techniques, sun salutations, and the basic structure of the Primary Series, with a focus on safe alignment and steady progression.
Sessions are fully personalised to your needs and experience, helping you build understanding, confidence, and independence in your practice. Alongside the private sessions, you’ll also receive two weeks of access to regular classes, allowing you to gently integrate into the wider studio practice.

One private session plus six classes
This package is an ideal way to begin Mysore-style practice if you’re new to Ashtanga or to the Mysore format. You’ll start with a one-to-one session, where we’ll explore what to expect in a Mysore class and cover enough of the fundamentals to help you begin with confidence.
The package then includes six weekly classes, allowing you to gradually build your practice with steady guidance and the supportive rhythm of the classes. It’s a simple, accessible way to ease into Mysore and establish a regular practice.
