Cancellation Policy

Really Wild Yoga understands that life can be unpredictable and that plans sometimes change. As a small, independent yoga studio, your support is essential, and your commitment to attending booked classes helps sustain the space, the teaching, and the wider community.

CANCELLATIONS
Classes may be re-scheduled up to 24 hours before the start time if needed. Please use the “Reschedule Class” link in your booking confirmation email or reminder email. All class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable .

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of the class start time are normally chargeable, as spaces cannot be filled at short notice and operational costs apply.

If an unforseen emergency arises within the 24-hour window, please make contact as soon as possible. In exceptional circumstances, Really Wild Yoga may, at its discretion, offer a one-time goodwill reschedule.

EVENTS AND SOUND BATHS
Bookings for special events and sound baths cannot be transferred to other events or dates.

Cancellations made more than 20 days before the event may be refunded or credited. Cancellations made within 20 days of the event are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend within 20 days of the event, your may gift your booking to another person. Please notify Really Wild Yoga in advance with the replacement attendee’s full name and email address. Gifted places must be suitable for the event and meet any stated health or experience requirements.

Communication
Open communication is valued, and you are encouraged to get in touch with any questions about the cancellation policy before booking.
